What you buy

The $149 performance diagnostic is a PDF report about one website, based on fresh Google PageSpeed Insights tests and, where available, real-user Chrome UX Report data. It is generated after your payment and emailed to the address you give at checkout, usually within minutes. The report is advice: estimated savings are Lighthouse projections, not guaranteed results.

Our delivery guarantee

You get a full refund if, within 14 days of your order:

the report does not arrive, or arrives incomplete or unreadable, and we can't fix that within 2 working days, or
your website could not be tested (for example, it blocks automated tests) and we can't produce the report.

If the report was made for the wrong website, we redo it for the right one at no cost.

Otherwise, sales are final

Because the report is produced and delivered right after you order, we don't offer refunds once a complete report has been delivered. This does not affect any rights you have by law.

Credit toward the fix

If you hire us to implement the fixes within 30 days of your order, the $149 you paid is deducted from the price of that work. The scope and price of implementation work are agreed in writing before anything starts.

Reply to the email your report came with, or write to radoslav.stoychev@getsitevitals.eu with your order email. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
